Muhannad has been advising local and multinational companies in managing day to day tax and zakat matters. In his past experience in working with the big 4,Muhannad was involved in several key transactions including M&A, tax and zakat planning and restructuring, tax due diligence assignments and Government Projects in KSA vide which he was part of the team to deliver tax and zakat policy works.
